How does the 200-night sleep trial work?
We want you to be sure about your Simba mattress. You can test it in your own home for 200 nights; if you don't love it, we'll collect it for free and give you a full refund.
How is the Simba mattress delivered?
Our mattresses are compressed, rolled, and delivered in a convenient, vacuum-sealed box. Once opened, they expand to their full size within 3 to 5 hours.
Do I need to flip my Simba mattress?
No, Simba mattresses are designed with specific layers for support and comfort, so they should not be flipped. However, we recommend rotating it 180 degrees once a month for the first six months.
What kind of base can I use with a Simba mattress?
Simba mattresses work on most standard bed bases, including divans, solid slats, or sprung slats. Just ensure the gaps between slats are no wider than 75mm.
What is covered under the 10-year guarantee?
Our guarantee covers any manufacturing defects, such as permanent indentations greater than 2.5cm or cracks and splits in the foam, ensuring your investment is protected.
Do you offer old mattress removal?
Yes, we offer a mattress recycling service. You can select the 'Old Mattress Removal' option at checkout, and our team will take your old one away when they deliver your new Simba.
